Tobias Heimann is leading the research project BioSDG. He studied economics at the University of Marburg, followed by the master program "Development Economics" at the University of Göttingen. At the Kiel Institute Tobias Heimann is working with the CGE model "DART" on evaluating possible future bioeconomy scenarios. In particular he looks for interactions with land-use patterns, economic development, food security and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Besides his work at the institute he is participating in the doctoral program "Quantitative Economics" at the CAU Kiel.
