Sebastian Horn has been a member of the research area "International Finance and Macroeconomics" since August 2019. He has studied Economics and International Relations at the University of St. Gallen, Peking University and the University of Cambridge. In 2020, he completed his doctoral thesis on international capital flows and financial cooperation at Ludwig-Maximilians University Munich. During his PhD studies, he was a visiting researcher at the Harvard Kennedy School and at the International Monetary Fund.
