Josefin Meyer


Josefin Meyer is member of the research area “International Finance and Global Governance since April 2017.” She studied economics both at Hamburg University and Free University of Berlin. Currently, she is writing her doctoral thesis on government debt crises at the Ludwig-Maximilian University in Munich. Following her 18-month stay at the Science Po Paris in the framework of the Marie Curie ITN Program “MacroHIST”, she is working in the project “200 Years of Sovereign Haircuts and Bond Returns" at the Kiel Institute. Her research interests are international macroeconomics and sovereign risk as well as financial and economic history.
