Globale Wertschöpfungsketten in Zeiten von (und nach) Covid-19
For around four decades, a large part of worldwide production has been organized in so-called Global Value Chains (GVCs). Raw materials and intermediate products from different countries are shipped around the globe for processing and then assembled at another location. The finished products are in turn exported to end users in both industrialised and developing countries.
