Diana Beltekian is a post-doctoral researcher in the International Trade and Investment Research Center at the Kiel Institute. She obtained her BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Nottingham in 2016, MSc in Economics for Development from the University of Oxford in 2017, and completed her PhD in Economics at the University of Nottingham in 2023.

 

Her research applies network tools of analysis to answer policy relevant topics in international trade.

 

Prior to her position at the Kiel Institute, Diana has worked at the Institute for New Economic Thinking at the Oxford Martin School, the Our World in Data web publication, the Technology & Management Centre for Development, and the Oxford Department for International Development.
