André Frank is a member of the Research Center International Finance and Macroeconomics. He studied economics with a focus on political economy in Nuremberg, political science at the IEP Strasbourg and economics in Kiel. At the Kiel Institute he already worked as a student assistant on the projects "Sovereign Debt Composition" and Ukraine Support Tracker. The latter will be his main research focus in the time to come. His research interests are international macroeconomics and political economy with a focus on populism and non-democratic systems.
