Publishing in Top Macro & Finance Journals

This event is part of the FYI - Insights for Young Researchers in Finance initiative, led by the IWH Halle. The initiative aims to support junior researchers in building networks and gaining valuable insights to advance their academic careers.

This workshop is specifically designed for untenured faculty members, including postdoctoral researchers and non-tenured assistant professors, who specialize in Banking, Financial Economics, or Macroeconomics and aspire to publish in high-impact journals. Attendees will gain a comprehensive understanding of the publication process, develop practical skills, and receive guidance from leading scholars in the field.

The workshop will feature:

• Interactive Poster Sessions: Opportunities to present and discuss your research.
• Abstract Writing Sessions: Guidance on crafting compelling abstracts.
• One-on-One Mentoring: Individualized feedback and advice from senior scholars.
