Federica Romei (Oxford)
Federica Romei is Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Oxford and Lecturer at Hertford College since 2020. Prior to that, she was Assistant Professor at the Stockholm School of Economics. Her research focuses on monetary policy and international macroeconomics. She completed her Ph.D. at the Free University of Social Sciences in Rome.
Course Description
The aim of the course is to provide an overview of the modern growth theory and labor market treatment from atheoretical perspective. We will introduce an overlapping generation model with capital. Then, we are going to study the Solow model and the endogenous growth model. Finally we are going to study the search-and-matching framework.
