The OECD leads the “Trustlab” project, which aims at measuring the levels of interpersonal trust, trust in governments, and their determinant in various countries. Representative samples of around 1000 respondents from each country are involved in experiments, survey and Implicit Association Test. The project has been finalized in six countries, while more are planned.

I have been involved in the design of the project and have coordinated the execution of the project in Germany. I am co-leading the writing-up of three papers.
