Xinming Xia is an economist at the Tsinghua University and a Kiel Institute Fellow. She is co-operating closely with the Research Group “Trade and Investment” on the topic of “Exploring China-Germany Innovation Cooperation: Policy Text-Mining and Innovation Cooperation Network”.
