Sneha holds an Integrated Masters in Economics degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, India and a Masters in Economics and Finance degree from the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics, Spain. She has worked as a Research Assistant in India on impact evaluation projects using Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs) in areas of financial inclusion and agriculture economics .
At the Kiel Institute she is working on the project ‘Modelling and evaluation of political processes to implement sustainable economic systems in industrial and developing countries’ in collaboration with the Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel. She works with the DART-CLIM model and her research focuses on policy instruments that could be utilized to achieve the Paris pledges. Since October 2017 she is also a doctoral candidate at the Department of Agricultural Economics at CAU Kiel.
