Angelica Dominguez-Cardoza is a PhD candidate at Kiel University since 2015.
As a research associate at the Kiel Institute for the World Economy in the research area "International Finance and Global Governance", Angelica is working on a joint project with Josefin Meyer and Lucie Stoppok on Commoditiy Cycles and Sovereign Risk, 1865-2015.
She earned her master’s degree in Quantitative Finance at CAU Kiel University in 2015 and in May 2018 she completed the Advanced Studies Program at the Kiel Institute for the World Economy. Before coming to Germany, Angelica studied Public Accounting and Finance at EAFIT University in Colombia and worked for four years in the financial sector, focusing on equity analysis and financial auditory.
